Prepayment/Reservation

An advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation..

An advance payment of 30% of the total agreed price of accommodation is due IMMEDIATELY for payment. The remaining 70% of the total contracted price of accommodation is due no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period if the payment is made by bank transfer. If the payment is made with cash, the remaining 70% is due for payment immediately upon arrival at the villa. In the villa itself there is NO possibility of electronically payment.

Cancellation

FREE cancellation up to 45 days before arrival. The reservation can be canceled only in writing (email). Please contact us for more information.

Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during checkout as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Children & Beds

Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot available upon request. Child ‘s high chair available on request.
